Now going far beyond simple point of sale, increasing consumer sophistication and evolving technology is pushing marketers to find new and unique means of using promotions to drive sales.
What are the key aspects to a successful campaign and what are the pitfalls to avoid? Can promotional marketing campaigns be used to strategically build your sales and your brand? Andrew Grill, General Manager, LegionONE
Andrew has over 17 years experience in the ICT industry, with senior roles in Optus, Telstra, and more recently, as General Manager of commercial property website PropertyLook where he launched the site and grew it to become the market leader. Andrew has a Master's Degree in IT&T as well as an MBA in Marketing and eBusiness Management. Andrew has been responsible for developing products as diverse as a satellite earth station for the Australian Army with British Aerospace, through to a national high speed ATM and Frame Relay data network for Optus. Andrew's role is to develop Products and Services to cater for the needs of SME and corporate clients.
As General Manger for LegionONE, Andrew is responsible for a team of professionals developing products and services that can be delivered online, and enable SME and corporate clients to communicate more effectively via SMS, email, WAP, MMS, voice and IVR.
Andrew is a regular contributor to the Australian media on topics related to business communication and ecommerce. He frequently presents to a wide range of corporate, university & charity groups, and is also an entertaining, professional and skilled Master of Ceremonies, and Motivational Public Speaker.
